I've found the problem all this time is that uLaunchELF is not running at all. However, CogSwap works, I can even run FMCB but I can only run memory card format since I can't add the 'INSTALL' folder with Apache.

I've already tried the latest and suggested versions but Is there any other kind of uLaunchELF elf available? Or is there an all-in-one FMCB were all the default 'INSTALL' contents is packed inside the elf?

My Specifications

  • Method: Disc Swap Trick w/ uLaunchELF - This involves having the case open and switching the original game with a modified copy of it. This is without using eject so the PS2 doesn't know.

  • Trick Disk: Sony DVD+R 4.7 GB, White Data Layer (ImgBurn Information: Disc ID: SONY-D21-00)

  • Game: 007 Nightfire, PAL/Europe, Not Platinum Version, SLES-51258

  • PS2 Model: PAL/Europe, Fat, SCPH-39003

  • ISO Ripper: ImgBurn

  • ISO Burner: ImgBurn

  • Modified Elf File: DRIVER.ELF

1) What OPL version are you using? (Provide exact Version number.)

2) Where did you download this OPL version?
Answer= I bought new MC from shop with OPL loaded in it
3) Is your PS2 console soft modded (FMCB) or using a Modchip?
Answer= modchip Matrix Infinity (v 1.93, clone i think)
4) What model is your PS2 console?
Answer= SCPH-77004
I press R1 on matrix logo and boot OPL directly from MC.

All the games (except need for speed) stop at one point or another. Someone told me it could be because my OPL version is so old.

Now my ps2 lens is damaged so i can't use those CD burning methods to install any elf file on MC. So my question is, is there any way i can update my OPL or install FMCB or Ulaunchelf on MC? Like if i grab ISO version of the game people use to hack into MC and turn into playable through pen drive (like games I already play). Is there any hope that it'll work? Thanks.
