With the patch (which includes other goodies too!) it sorted the issue out with this Ultimate Edition/version of Tiberian Sun. So thank you very, very much for going to all that trouble to make this available!
Pros
Cant find any thing good
Cons

Summary
I downloaded this patch and it does not work and now I got ads popping up. click to check my mail here come ad, I click look up stuff on the internet and get ad, Also I this ad for a game called seven wonders that came with the patch. I deleted the game, but the ad for the game is now showing up on my desktop. I have downloaded from c/net many time and have never run into this sort of thing before and don't how to get rid of it. I'm very angry about this and I don't think I will ever download from this site again.

First of all, for those of you who have left bad comment, you have no information to back up your statements. Abe comes close but Age of Empires 2 is only sligtly better than Tiberian Sun. Of course I bet that fool hasn't even played RedAlert 2 yet....

I'm trying to get TS to run on W10, and I've googled everything on how to do it and downloaded patch here and patch there.
I am trying to run in a 3840x2160, but when i run it it's in a tiny little box in the bottom right corner of my screen (the rest of my screen becomes black), and the more I tweak the resolution the more the more the box leave the playable screen...
I've adjusted the color mode to 16-bit and when I try to run it in the 4k resolution, the game gives me a internal error as it loads up a skirmish game and crashes...
Tiberian Sun Patch Windows 10
One thing, that I've been unable to do that I noticed all the guides have said to do is run the game in compatibility mode as Windows 98 / Windows Me. When I set the game, it just either doesn't respond of loads up like before then crashes.
I don't know what else there is to do, I've downloaded over the CnC menu patch and copied over ddraw.dll and etc... but I still can't run it.
I'm at wits end with it, please send for help!
EDIT: Finally got it working thanks to /u/Tore299 ! I'll post what I did below to get it working in case any else ever has this issue.
For starters, I installed the CnCNet Patch
Once downloaded, right click on the shortcut and go into 'Properties', from there go to the 'Compatibility' Tab then enable 'Disable display scaling on high DPI settings'
Also, in the 'Compatibility' tab, enable 'Reduced Color Mode' at 16 bit.
Finally, access the 'Sun.ini' file, and change the resolution to 1600x900 which should be playable enough screen size and not crash the game.
NOTE: I didn't run the game in Windows 98 or run as an Admin as 99% of the guides suggested.
Command And Conquer Tiberian Sun Patch
I may or may not have left a step or 2 out because I messed around with it a lot before ever getting it to work, and I'm just reciting purely from memory.
